Yes I take dihydrogen monoxide 3 times a day and find it really works wonders.

ha ha ha

Hydrogen water is water infused with H2 - gaseous molecular hydrogen.

I should mention a few caveats:

Hydrogen gas is of course hard to contain. There are machines for sale that claim to generate hydrogen water, but I am skeptical that you can actually get a good dose since most of the H2 will probably have escaped before you can get it into your mouth.

There are tablets for sale that are to be added to water which, via a chemical reaction, create hydrogen. You are supposed to drink it up really quickly since the H2 will escape otherwise. Drinking a couple of cups (500 mL) water really quickly will cause a pressor effect - an increase in noradrenalin. So it is hard to say whether or not people who experience benefit from these products are getting it from just from the bolus water drinking or from the H2.

Another confounder is that the chemical reaction depends on magnesium - there may be beneficial effects from increasing magnesium consumption.

Magnesium can sometimes be contaminated with lead or other heavy metals, so people should be aware of that also.

Another route for H2 therapy is inhalation, but of course that is pretty much impossible for a DIY intervention. H2 combined with oxygen can explode. H2 inhalation has been used therapeutically in Japan in medical facilities. Some of the early reports of fires in covid ICU units in Russia made me wonder if they were the result of H2 inhalation therapy gone terribly wrong ...
