I've just found this simpler looking set of instructions on the Race to Solve ME facebook page so I'll just paste and copy them here (hope that's ok admin?).

But the offer of direct help still applies to you or anyone else who wants to try this but is struggling to get to grips with it (brain fog is such a pain in the proverbial).

The instructions are rather long so here's the basics...

1. Register here - apps.who.int/classificati…/...

2. Fill out your profile (skip the 'optional' part to save cognitive energy!)

3. Then click this link - apps.who.int/classification...

4. Scroll down the page and click on 'Agree'

5. Scroll right down to the bottom of the page and add the simple comment, "I agree with this proposal."

6. Job done! (Share it with your M.E pals, friends, family and local M.E groups etc if applicable)

And don't forget for the organisation name which you do need to fill in you can just use any ME group you are a member of. I used MEAction.
