So I did go to the er again!!!

Told the dr what happened and he said to see a shrink!!!! WTF!!!! I'm not doing this and playing their games anymore. My body will give out at some point and it's out of my control..

No! I hope they did some tests to confirm that nothing was wrong first? Where are you in the world ? What about your GP rather then ER? Will you try counseling? I had a lot of help separating my illness symptoms from anxiety symptoms and CBT through the NHS. And by that I'm not saying your symptoms are in your head! But I was anxious about my symptoms and that all made everything worse. It helped me see the wood from the trees in the middle of a crisis. But no one ever told me it was all in my head!
