I've taken Trazodone for years and swear by it. I dont have insomnia, but I've found the quality of my sleep is where I benefit. When I sleep, I usually sleep long, but I never used to feel refreshed in the morning, still tired, often stomach doesnt feel good. But with Trazodone, I feel refreshed in the morning. And I've even seen diffs on my Fitbit when I forget to take it: the sleep cycles and quality not as good. It works within 30 minutes, not like weeks. I don't see it as addictive, it's basically a mild antidepressant, but I use it strictly for sleep. Some people say they feel groggy the next day, but think that's just a dosing issue. Hope the info helps.

I take a walk every day. It helps with digestion, mood, and sleep.
