I don't but you should be able to search specifically for therapists who specialize or are certified trauma therapists. The first one i worked, I was really needing to be heard, to talk about .y "trauma narrative" because i had not been able to do that. I needed to be validated for what i went through and how it affected me. If that rings true for you, that's something you want to look for. I would do some google research on trauma therapy and trauma narratives. It will help you know more what you are looking for. But yeah, sometimes you just gotta pick the therapist that sounds best.
