Hey thanks guys ☺️ I’ve exceeded my expectations by some margin!

Bad news though. I may have to pull out of my SF as I have had PF in my left ankle for the past two days and it’s got quite bad now. My adductor didn’t like the bend running either and it’s also complaining. The medical team have done as much as they can and it’s now my decision whether to race or not.

I will wait till the last minute to make the call. Let’s see how it feels in the morning after some pain killers and go from there.
