Yep, it's Friday again and that can mean only one thing🥳 

Once again our lovely VRBs are rolling up to the start line, so let's pull out our pom poms, warm up our voices and give all the encouragement we can:

🏅First up we have Daiwalker who will be tackling the Headcorn half marathon 'as part of his long training for the day' - that's a cool way to tick off a training run!!!

🏅Then RunBrianRun hopes to be selected for the 60m and 200m events of the Southern Counties Masters Championships. May you be fleet of foot and steady of balance!!!

Hi Linda, and thanks everyone for the Pom poms.

I will be running both 60 and 200 tomorrow for Brighton and Hove AC. There’s no selection for this race. It’s every man for himself.

I got selected as reserve runner for the VAC Area Club meeting which is on the 26th.

I must admit to being very nervous as there’s also 3 Team GB runners in both races. 😬

I’ll give it my best shot! 💪

Thank you everyone. I’m off to Lee Valley shortly. Annoyingly I seem to have picked up a bit of niggle in my right ankle. Tried to shake it out the last few days but I just got up and it’s still there. This is not an excuse for a bad performance by the way. 😂😂😂 But I could use your sympathies. 😅
