My osteopath has given me the lumbar stretch to do over a big exercise ball. It really helps with my stiff back.

I hope misswobble is ok, haven't seen her around for a while.

thanks IP 😘. I think I’ll get a ball! I loved using them at the gym. Very useful.

I’m up, but not up and about. I tried a jog but it ended rather painfully. I’ve dug out my husband’s TENS machine.

I had a very stressful weekend for non-running reasons but I feel better about things this morning 🙂

Still uncomfortable and I resorted to painkillers last night and this morning ☹️

I took myself off for a walk cum jog the other day and it was ok but I ended up with a painful calf 🤷‍♀️😟 I know it’s all connected but it was just another thing to make me feel even more fed up.

The sun is out and I’m going for a walk as I’ve only been indoors the entire weekend, which is doing my temper no good whatsoever ☺️

Oh, I’ve just remembered I’m waiting in for a parcel so can’t go out yet Grrrrr 🙈
