Happy first Friday of 2023 lovely runny folk!!!

I bring news of our first event and pom pom call of the year, so please grab your pom poms and let's start the year as we mean to go on, loud and proud and supporting our fellow runners all the way to the finish line.

On Sunday 8th Jan  RunSkippyRun will be getting our eventing year off to an impressive start !!! He will be tackling the Temple Newsam Ten (TNT) - where 'ten' means 10.5 miles with the encouraging strapline 'Tough Not Timid'; this should have the makings of a great race report!!!

Also on Sunday 8th Jan Tasha99 will be embracing the mud and hills of the 8 mile Loftus Poultry Run - just remain upright and all will be well Tasha!!!
