Hi Guys just a quick update Marathon Plan is going well, no injuries. I'm now running in the evenings,and cycling in the morning. Which works really well for me. Peace

What sort of runs is your plan asking you to do this week?

Well done Teejay; running in the cool (relatively speaking) of the evening makes lots of sense. I can find tree cover which is a big help too.
I was out in the noonday sun today, trying to hug the hedge lines etc I ran through the woods, alongside a stream, and it was lovely
