"In celebration of the Lunar New Year, the Picasso of Strava, Lenny Maughan, sketched out a tiger by running the streets of his hometown, San Francisco, and it is easily the most intricate piece of Strava art we’ve yet seen."
"It took him 21 and a half hours over four days to draw this 153-kilometre masterpiece, with over 2,690m of elevation gain in one of North America’s hilliest cities. (This run is sensational, even without the detailed Strava art.)"
An amazing achievement for Lenny Maughan, I once tried at Christmas time to do a Christmas Tree run in my local park, resulting in a rubbish looking tree, it is very hard to do, the more as you say "sensational"
Ah I have a slip of paper in an envelope still with my lovely late Grandads writing on saying "put a tiger in it" .....the envelope contained £10 for my little car after I visited them aged 17.
That's a stunning piece of Strava art. I've never intentionally created any, though I've accidentally created a (blind) cat. Oh, and a shark that was apparently trying to eat my house.
My amazing niece had a life saving liver transplant and went on to thank the NHS via Strava. She’s a better runner than I’ll ever be and has two beautiful babies now!
