Hi there runners!

Finally, third time lucky and over twelve months late, the London Landmarks Half Marathon start line is in sight! Always a big event with a great atmosphere, I can only imagine how amazing the atmosphere will be this weekend as London hosts its first large Half since the start of Covid.

Are you ready to wildly shake those pom poms? tod loudly cheer for our amazing HU runners hitting that line on Sunday?

From the current HU HM group we have the remarkable runningdad and super Stephen_UK . They will be joined by the awesome AllezLeChef and fabulous Fran6500 .

Thank you all. Looking forward to doing it on Sunday but not had a good run up to it. Arrived in London last Sunday and been isolating since. Had our day 5 test to release test today and received negative result - so all systems are go! But only done 2 walks this week to/from the testing clinic - chosen specially so we would have a 30 minute walk each way.

Intend to do an easy 30 minute run after good walk warm up in the morning and then, what will be will be on Sunday. I am not a fast runner so am in the final wave - Diamond - and will try and enjoy the occasion.
