Me again, wee update on this weeks training.. I did 5K on wed, 7.5kms in fields and roads on Friday and today I did 14kms in 1hr 37mins ππ Iβm gonna be dead later!! I had a few chews and a lollipop with me that I think helped towards the end. I have upped my water intake especially yesterday and earlier this morning and Iβll make sure I keep drinking today and on my night shift tonight π
