My get up and go has gone πŸ˜’

Well its been 3 weeks since my last run breaking my furthest distance. Since then I literally cannot be bothered to do anything. I'm hoping its just where I gave a blood donation again 2 weeks ago. I'm frustrated beyond belief where me and my daughter have come so far yet I feel like its slipping.

It doesn't help where I'm a truck driver and away all week but I was running in the lorry parks before but haven't done it at all. How many times a week do others run πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ?

In lockdown it was about 3 times for us but can only manage once a week at the minute.

Also missed my granddaughters 1st birthday and as you can see she is amazing and what inspired me to become a fitter grandad.

Just need some motivation πŸ˜ͺ

Anyway hope you are all safe and well.

Hurry up 2021 !!!

Oh come on, let’s be β€˜aving you! It’s nice out this morning Just getting out there might just bring it all back. It’s just one foot in front of the other πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Remember your reasons for doing this. They still apply πŸ™‚

Awww, gorgeous! You just found your 'get up and go' .. it's right here. That you've reported in is a sure sign you're ready to take control again. Once a week is just fine if that's all you can manage - keeps you ticking over nicely. Short runs are fine too, they don't have to be long to count! As already said, just get out there - no pressure, take it easy, smile and enjoy.

Aww what a sweet little girl! πŸ₯° My grandson is 1 next week and we had his party today. I’m looking forward to the day I can do Junior PR with him - how about you? Surely you want to stay fit for her? Go on, you’ll feel soooo much better for a run. πŸƒπŸ˜€

Get back out there smiffytinks. You’ve got the best reason to do so. No excuses now πŸ˜ƒ

Oh she’s a sweetheart! You got this. Sounds like you have a tough work schedule, but as you’ve already shown, there are ways to make it work. Maybe just commit to 10 minutes at first until you get back in the groove. Once the habit is embedded it gets easier to get the rest done

Sometimes the hardest thing is just getting out there. So put your kit on as soon as you can when you’ve got a day off or an opportunity to run. Good luck. That little one is a great incentive. πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‘πŸ‘
