Woohoo! Thank you, have a flippinβ headcold, π€§ so itβll be what it will be.....the aim is to bring home the bling π ........that is all.....see you on the other side.....ππͺπββοΈ
Thanks, Iβm only 3 days in, but, it is head only, and I donβt run out of steam until the afternoon.......π..... so fingers crossed, Iβm hoping Iβve turned the corner......
Good luck with your run, letβs do this, stuff the cold!πͺ
Lol π...I didn't really mean only, all runs are difficult but in comparison to running 21K π
I think I over did it on the training run (PB for 4 miles though!) and my cold came back with a vengeance, feeling better than I have all week today so π€.
Looking forward to it. My first time in Cambridge and I'm spending a long weekend there so hopefully have enough energy for a bit of sightseeing afterwards.
Sadly not me, I picked up an ankle injury mid-February which has stopped me in my tracks. So fed up to be missing the lovely Cambridge Half but, on the plus side, the injury has finally started to respond to treatment. The physio (a keen runner himself) has actually encouraged me to try a short run (up to 3k, not 21k, unfortunately) as part of the rehab process. Hoping to be back out there soon.
