Coospoo help anyone?

Just got a Coospoo monitor and am struggling to understand the best way to access its data. I have a Forerunner 35 which says Heart Monitor connected, does this mean it is accessing my heart rate from the monitor, rather than the watch’s own sensor? Also Strava is supposed to be compatible with the monitor, but when I turn on Strava I can’t find heart rate anywhere, do I need to buy one of the add on packs? I can see my heart rate in the Apple Health app, and as it says my iPhone is connected by blue tooth I am presuming this reading is coming from the monitor? Some easy to understand advice on best way to use the monitor would be really appreciated as I am bamboozled at the moment, and that’s not good for my heart rate 😂. I have looked at the Coospoo web site but that is very difficult to understand as the English translation is not very good to put it mildly.

I'm not sure if it's possible to use a chest strap monitor with the Forerunner 35?

You have to pair your chest strap monitor with your Garmin. Put the monitor on your chest, and hold your watch close to it. Go into the watch settings and add a new sensor/accessory.

Strava say they do not pair with chest straps any more, but that it is possible to do it via the Wahoo app:

Thank you for info re Strava, no wonder I couldn’t find anything🙄 Watch says paired with heart monitor, so hopefully that means it can do, have also found a setting on the app to turn off wrist sensor, so will see what that does when I run tomorrow. Love tech but it is frustrating sometimes when instructions are less than good.

Oh, great! I wasn't sure because when I looked at the Forerunner 35 manual it seemed to only mention the wrist HR sensor 😊😊😊
