Thank you for all the well wishes and support completed my first ever HM in 2 hours 25 mins. So chuffed it was such an amazing experience.
I still can't believe I did it. From starting couch to 5k in January with the aim of losing a bit of weight and reducing back pain to this in just 8 to 9 months.
