First up, on Saturday, marco83 is apparently getting stuck into the track and field again...he's a man of multi-talents!

And then on Sunday, we have Madge50 tackling the Fen Gallop 10K! It looks lovely, all round the bridleways, whether on human foot or horse. fengallop.co.uk/

😃. I pitched up for this race a few years back not realising it was ten miles It just says “10”. I assumed it was 10k Assume nothing 😁

I also come from the school of 'Don't Ever Assume'. My learning is related to a motorway accident which l afterwards extended to everything else. Now I'm questioning it all. Lol

High and long jump, javelin, I’ve been asked to throw the hammer ...not sure about that.... and close with the 400 my hurdles (tough one..)

Thanks everyone, really looking forward to my second seaside 10k (did the Bournemouth QM at Easter) in the sunshine 😀

Slight hiccup yesterday when I discovered, on arriving at my mum’s house in Wales, that I’d left my race pack behind 😳🙄 So I’ll have to be there very early in the morning to pick up a replacement number. And yes, I’m an idiot, I know 😁
