Whatever happens during my run on Sunday I just want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for these wonderful forums. I feel very lucky to have happened across them last April when panicking about the need for me to run a mile and a half. Through 5k and parkrun, joining a running club, running a non-stop 10k, through to training for this, the support and advice (and humour 🤣) across all the forums has been fantastic!
