★ DiveMonkey is running in the Youth Day 15k Trail Run on Saturday over in South Africa - it's her first trail event folks!!

[Langley-Loper Half Marathon]

I am teetotal due to interfering drugs but will raise a virtual glass.

1. My training has been diligently done.

2. No faffing necessary as the start is 5 min walk from my friends house.

3. Running kit selected, washed and ready.

4. Weather forecast looking good.

5. Family lined up to come and support.

6. Ice cream parlour spotted for post race reward.

7. Imodium purchased.

8. I am ready!

All the best to my fellow racers too. I'm doing this for the C25k community who started me on my running journey. I'll be mentally composing my race report on the way round to pass the time.
