I'm an 85year old male with Heart Disease Afib and now Brest Cancer. At the moment I'm on Tamoxifen to shrink the lump it appears to be working, be on it about 7 Months. There was some concern about surgery because of my age and low heart rate but that's been cleared by the Cardiologist who says just stop the Bisoprolol before surgery. So the surgery option is still open.

Hello Redier,
I'm sorry to hear about your health challenges, but it's great that Tamoxifen seems to be working for you. How are things progressing with your operation plans? Have you had any recent updates or consultations?
It's reassuring to hear that your cardiologist has given the green light for surgery, even with your heart condition. Stopping Bisoprolol before the operation sounds like a reasonable step to ensure your heart rate is manageable during surgery.
Given your complex medical history, it might be helpful to have a detailed discussion with both your oncologist and cardiologist to make sure that all aspects of your health are being considered. Additionally, have you thought about getting a second opinion on the surgery? Sometimes, a fresh perspective can provide new insights or alternative options that might be worth considering.
Take care, and keep us updated on how things are going. We're here to support you through this journey. Also be careful when choosing a pharmacy where you order drugs, I advise you to use only reliable pharmacies with a good reputation, for example, I always use only one trusted pharmacy - health-delivery24.com which guarantees high quality drugs and fast delivery.
Best wishes!
