Lactulose (syrup) is brilliant!!! It really does what it says on the tin!

Forgot to say you can get Lactulose on prescription if necessary.

Hi you haven't said which one you are taking, I have AMD in both eyes and have had injections for just over two years, in November I was told that the fluid is drying up, and that the injections are nearing the end, ever since I was diagnosed I have been taking Retinex, also every night with a yogurt I eat Gogi berries, and blue berries, whether these two things have helped my eyes who knows, but know or not I will continue with both of them forever more. Take care

Dear Falconrae,

The antioxidants and carotenoids in the AREDS2 formula can also be consumed by eating a healthy diet, rich in leafy greens and orange and yellow coloured fruits and vegetables. Please refer to the links below for further information on diet and nutrition.

I use MacuShield Original Chewable. I'm a lifelong sufferer of constipation but these don't cause me any problems.
