Sorry to hear you have macular degeneration but wonder why you expect extra benefits because of it .
It doesn't stop you leading a normal life.

If your sight deteriorates to the extent you cannot do some everyday things then possibly you may be able to get a higher rate of pip than you currently receive. My brother in law had his pip increased when his disability ( not md) worsened. You would need to fill the forms out again.
In the meantime focus on what you can do rather than what may or may not happen in the future. Good luck.
