Just wondered if anyone has used the what seems an excellent service to have scan and injection in the mobile unit in the Northwest of the U.K. around the Preston area.

I am considering transferring to this for my future injection.

Would like to hear from anyone who has used it.

Thanks Ann

Sounds interesting. Might alleviate the workload of the clinics. But would I trust them? I'm not sure.

I spoke about the mobile units in Westminster last year at a meeting about injections.

These mobile units are FANTASTIC we have 1 that goes around 4 different areas where I live. They often stop at a large supermarket and one supermarket even offered a tea or coffee voucher for after an injection. In my area they are very popular and take the burden off the injection clinic and means the wait is shorter for those that can’t get to the mobile unit like me. Many prefer the mobile units.

So glad to hear they are OK and not just a quick fix. Thank you tallyho.

Haven’t used it S I now live in Cornwall but it sounds a brilliant idea.
