Hi Poko,

Your right eye is going to make you more susceptible to macular conditions. Anyone over -6 is described as pathologically myopic.

We have a useful factsheet about Myopic Macular Degeneration.

If you would like a copy, please call our helpline 0300 30 30 111 (9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday).

Alternatively you can email a request to help@macularsociety.org

Best wishes
