I'm new to the site but have been reading questions & replies etc & love the mutual support. However, I can't seem to reply or comment on anything. I click on the reply box & then 'submit'- nothing happens.. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi CMac13,

I'll highlight this to the support team at HealthUnlocked and hopefully they'll be able to advise on your technical problem. I'm sorry you're having difficulty using the site.

Hi Paul, I really appreciate your swift reply, at least I know that previous transmission worked. Many thanks Claire

Hi CMac13,

Sorry for your troubles! In these situations it's important to know what kind of device you are using (mobile, tablet, computer?) and also what internet browser. If you find you can't reply here you are welcome to email me directly lora@healthunlocked.com

Thanks,

Lora

Hi Lora, thanks v much for replying. My connection is a bit patchy, I'm currently bed bound in a house with v thick stone walls..! I use an iphone mostly & the browser is BT. (Email address is via AOL..). Hope this helps. Just wondering if I sent a reply & my connection was down for a bit, happens frequently :( , would the reply vanish or go to 'Drafts' etc usually? I sort of doubt this, as I haven't found my replies anywhere..

Take care, Claire

If you have problems with your connection in other rooms or even in the room you have your router, you might want to consider a Devolo wifi adapter that boosts your existing signal (for example something like this devolo.co.uk/consumer/77_dl.... I had similar issues in my house and this product made it all go away. And it is v easy to set up, basically plug in and off you go. It is pricey but worth it.

That's great advice thanks, Purpletop (by the way- like the name!). Sounds like a good effective system. We did try a wifi booster before, no idea what make, for a wee while, but it's definitely not working now. My iPad doesn't get any connection 90% of time- boo-hoo! I'll just have to improve so I can leave this room more than blasted Hosp visits & stays!! TC
