Hi All. I posted a while ago, I am 31, was under rheumatology several years ago but they discharged me, my symptoms have ramped up the last 4 years and more so 12 months
High ANA, Joint stiffness and severe pain, ulcers, fatigue, brain fog.
Headaches. Hives bruising
I have finally been referred back to Rheumatology and just want to know what I should be asking them to test for aside from ANA.
I've attached some pics of what I feel is a butterfly rash, is anyone's similar to this
This is not when I'm warm etc its just random.

It does unfortunately look like a butterfly rash. Mine looks like that. I noticed mine comes up when I'm warm, stressed or been exposed to too much UV light. I decided to pay for my own gym membership as I wasn't getting much assistance from NHS. I started a seated chair class twice a week and aqua aerobics class once a week. After a year of sticking at it, it was the best thing I ever did for my joint pain.
It may be worth asking for hydrotherapy and a dietician referral. I have also changed my diet slowly, trying to eat more fruit and veg. Cutting out sugar and processed food as they also contribute to inflammation.
