I’ve always had back problems, but they’re gradually getting worse, I’ve always put it down to bad posture and being tall. But it’s feeling constant and I’m struggling to feel comfortable most of the time. I’ve got a drs app and a physio referral next week. Currently on hydroxychloroquine and have been trying to manage my back problems with a bit of Pilates each morning and then a trip to the osteopath whenI can afford (whichI can’t really).
I’m struggling with fatigue atm so not being comfortable enough to sleep is an issue.
Any tips or help before my drs app? Sorry just feeling drained from it.

Sorry to hear you are suffering atm. I've always had a lot of back pain and had physio and seen an osteopath in the past. I have several really tender vertebrae and my whole back just hurts most of the time. I get a lot of muscular problems in my lower back which is so painful. The best present my husband ever bought me was a microwavable hot water bottle which then fits into a pouch that you can wrap around your waist. When I've been on my feet all day in work it's the first thing I do when I get home.( Heated car seats also help a lot). Hope you manage to get some relief from your physio.
Thanks for replying, thanks for sharing too. Sorry your living with pain too.I just find it so hard to work out what is Lupus symptoms and what is just something else and who I should speak to about which thing. I’ve got a head disc so maybe I’ll try that. I’m lucky that my Mum is a trained therapist so going to get some regular massages as well as seeing a physio to see if that helps. It just felt the pain had changed. Hopefully physio will help 🤞🏻
