Problem with puffy eyes?

Anyone suffer with puffy under eye area and have any recommendations of any treatment?

I have no Lupus/autoimmune diagnosis yet, but I do get puffy, swollen eyes. They’re getting so bad some days it looks like someone punched me. Besides ice, I put cucumbers on them.

Yes I do, plus very pronounced black circles. It's worse on one side. I don't know what causes it.

Yes mine is always worst on the right eye!

I make sure I keep my sinuses clean with a daily warm saline rinse and various nasal sprays. A warm compress mask for 10 minutes a day might also help. I do this every once in a while. Helps get blood flowing around eyes.

It’s good the nasal sprays help you. I tried them but they don’t help. I’ll have to try warm compress. I never thought of warm since I use the ice to bring the swelling down. Thanks.

Hi Sarahze, there's a need to be very careful not to introduce bacteria....I was scared off cucumber after reading an article about someone who'd lost sight after using cooling slices....I've found my problem is my tear duct goo is thickening and the glands swelling (especially above the eyes), so a warm antibacterial eye mask (readily available from an online retailer near you!) every day keeps the goo liquid and flowing, plus cleaning the eyelids and tear ducts with antibacterial wipes prevents infection.....a highly technical answer ! 🤪🤣🙃

Try tapping around all around the eye socket area. You can see many clips on Youtube for tips. Bringing blood circulation could help. Every morning and evening and whenever but lightly.
