Yes I take them occasionally for palpitations when I'm anxious, they help a lot but best used whilst you look for morw long term solutions to your anxiety...good luck 😊
Hi Daffodil. Yes, my GP prescribed them for long haul flights because after an incident on a plane where I’d experienced a coronary artery spasm, resulting in the plane being diverted, I became VERY anxious about any future flights abroad. I only took them for 2 days prior to the flight, the day of the flight and then stopped. The same on return flight. It really helped to keep me calm.
Thanks for getting back to me i do stress to much over tablets they give me , my doctor have asked me to contact specialist to ask what antidepressants I can take with my other meds take care
Sounds like a good plan. I’m on low dose Citalopram at present which doesn’t react with anything else I’m on so your specialist might suggest it. I’m hoping to come off it soon because the cause of my anxiety 2 years ago has finally ended, and like you I don’t want to take drugs I don’t need. Hoping your specialist sorts it all out for you. Best wishes. 🤗x
Have you heard anything about a covid vaccine ?I hear so many different things about it I get confused take care
I’m 65 with SLE and other underlying problems and hubby is 68 with an underlying heart problem and neither of us have heard anything about getting it yet. There are 3 different makes of vaccine the first of which (Pfizer) has to be kept at a massively low temperature, and all of which are a bit different, but I don’t know much about them. 🤗
