Pain numbness and tingling on left side

I recently commenced azathioprine been on it 2-3 months. This past week or two I’ve been experiencing pain from my neck to the bottom of my Ankle all in my left side, I also get numbness and tingling occasionally and I’m bruising on other parts of my body

They are not big bruises just yellow and darker. I also had platlets drop last week not massively. I’ve never experienced anything Like this pain it’s worst than my joint pain that I periodically get. Does anyone else experience any of this pain down one side

Have you discussed this with your doctors? Numbness and sensation changes on one side of the body need a medical opinion to rule out certain things.

Yeah I have awaiting MRI scan
