I tried to reply to your other post at length but it got lost and chilblains and neuropathy are too bad to write much again. Just to say I have similar combination and experience this too. I’m told it’s a Sjögren’s related thing? Look up Hypergammaglobulemia - this is what the Sjögren’s expert told me I have. I can’t tolerate meds either but I am prepping to retry Mycophenolate for this condition as it didn’t seem to give me bad side effects.
