Has anyone been told that their heart could be Hypersentive? or is this a possible cop out for "I don't know" or " I think you're just out of shape."
I had a holter monitor on and couldn't get the same feeling palpitation that has been been with me while I exercise since I was a kid, but my heart sped up to around 190 when I was doing in home exercises so he said he couldn't tell if there was any arrhythmia but said anybody my age who doesn't work out frequently could pass out or have a high heart rate. Doesn't think its Pots though and doesn't want to do more tests. Basically told me I should work out more and offered some medication but said I will have the same symptoms that I am having now. I'm not looking for medication, just more insight into whats going on and seemed to shuffled around still.

See another cardiologist. Your heart is covered and interspersed with connective tissue. Electricity runs through your heart constantly of course. If part of your issue is a CTD your heart may be effected. Just because it didn’t reproduce that day isn’t your problem. (Treat the patient not the test.)
My last set of tests were all normal. I still take medication. I still have supraventricular tachycardia. You know what your body does. You live with it.
Thank you, I definitely will. I got the results and he didn't mention these things to me. Would you mind taking a look at at it? Do you have supraventricular tachycardia when you're sitting or doing everyday tasks and or when you work out?
I really don’t pay attention when I’m up and moving. I know it happens but I’m focused on work. There are days when there is sustained SVT and my chest will hurt but these are rare.
Mostly I feel it when I try to slow down/lie down. Sometimes there is pain in my chest at night after too many runs during that day.
I no longer run or do heavy workouts. I only do gentle workouts to release the right muscle enzymes. This helps my heart. I still get short runs of SVT.
It effects us all differently. SVT has nothing to do with weight or working out or cardio training. Working out more or less wont change it. Heavy work outs aren’t good. It’s about a redundant heart node deciding it needs to help your heart beat. You get extra electricity.
I’m practicing not standing quick and careful when I go to the restroom at night because that node thinks I need extra electricity in my heart. It does look like pots but no. Just that rogue node.
I'm glad you were able to figure out what was causing this and what you need to do in order to make your heart work more normally. It sounds like you have done your research and or had a great doctor who explained these things to you!
