So fatigued

Hi everyone I’ve just joined recently and although I only have a diagnosis of ME and Fibromyalgia, I really appreciate this site for the information and chats!! I feel I have become worse over the last six months or so. I am extremely tired all the time and really have to struggle to do anything. I also get cracks at the corner of my mouth as well as mouth ulcers and I feel worse in the sun. Anyway just wanted to rant and say thanks to all of you who take time to reply and generally chat online. THANKYOU!!!! 😘

Hi there, I am so sorry you are feeling so unwell, ME is very debilitating. As you are worsening, are you going to be medically investigated further? That would be my next step.

Thanks LupusKaren. I don’t really have much faith in the system to be honest as I don’t feel the gp’s are that interested in saying that I may have too. 👍

.hope your not to bad today..I'm Lou and I also have M.E..got diagnosed 5yr ago.yes it's worse now but nowt you can do about it..I tried yesterday to help with my garden ten minutes in my back was in bits but that's degenerative disease..but that in turn made M.E hit me like a plank..I had to lay down for half hour..no choice.body shut down..but I know now to just let it happen..don't fight it hun ..I know that's hard to do but you must..your family and friends won't mind if you have to go and lay down..it gets easier to deal with even when the pain gets worse..I know I'm waffling sorry..loads to talk to you about ..hugs for the day x
