This may sound strange, but sometimes I have a wet feeling in my back, has anyone else experience this?

Not strange to me...I especially get this sensation running down my legs from knee downwards...I have lifelong spondylosis, and also get this in my upper back/Nicholas. as I understand it, this is down to progressive small fibre nerve damage. Glad you posted...am looking forward to following this discussion

I too have a wet or dripping feeling in my lower back sometimes. I've not told my doc or specialist as I didn't think it was associated with Lupus. I'd be also interested tò see the replies to this

I do not get this in my back but do get it down my arms and legs. Sometimes it feels wet sometimes it feels like a bucket of freezing water has been thrown over me. I agree with Barnclown I was told it was nerve damage.
