Hi, what where some of the first symptoms you experienced? Was your Dr able to figure it out? I've been told Lupus is extremely hard to diagnosis.

I'm drinking juices with a ginger I'm doing yoga to be always positive keep my diet I am a vegetarian I feel sometimes pain on my muscle then I treat myself with massage and hot stone is help a lot to relax the muscle and your mind

I always stay positive keep my relaxing of the yoga hot stone massage / deep tissue massage lots of ginger with any fruit you like and keep positive
