I sent an email to pals today , they rang me back soon after and they explained to me that my local rheumatology received a letter from Manchester but was unclear so he had to write back to clarify some points , that's the reason of the delay , they told me if I don't hear anything between two weeks to email or ring them back.

Thank you to suggest me to get in touch with PALS they were really helpful .
