Hi Amandajane

Low ferritin or iron is very common in SLE. Easy to treat.X

Low ferritin is common in folk with chronic illness & is easily treated with iron tablets.

I have not been diagnosed with lupus, but multiple allergies and sensitivities; I just cannot take continual blood tests - that makes me ill in fact any invasive treatment does including dentistry.

However, my ferritin was only 7 the last time tested.

Yes, we are all different - I eat lots of grapes, but muscle test and trust my body, so I feel confident in what I am doing, (most of the time!)
