Hi Everyone. I was wondering if this is a skin condition with Lupus. It comes and goes and itch’s and burns. Thank you. Look at the far left at how it looks yellow and raised and the veins are real swollen and bruised looking.. Kinda worried! Thanks. Holly

Dear Holly,

Rashes are notoriously difficult to diagnose and impossible from a photo!

Please go to your GP who can refer you to see a specialist! Or, may know what it is!

With good wishes,

Ros

Thank you Ros. I'm going to have to. They have been coming and going in the same area since May of this year.

The best person to see is a dermatologist with experience of SLE. They can do a biopsy!

Alleviate your worry by seeing someone!

Please let me know how you get on!

With good wishes,

Ros

It will be a hit or miss if the rash is present at the time of appointment. I do see my dermatologist in August for another issue, so I'll mention this to her at the same time. Thanks for taking the time to reply. Cheers Holly
