Brand new to this and odd symptoms

Brand new to this. Sores increasing in the roof of my mouth and lots of nighttime burning in wrists/hands with pressure/swollen feeling there too... Are these really symptoms in Lupus?

SLE has diverse symptoms, which include those you describe. However, these symptoms alone do not make a diagnosis. A diagnosis of SLE can take a long time because there isn't a single blood test or any other test. The most important thing is for you to be seeing a lupus specialist.

You don't say whether you have a diagnosis of SLE. If you would like to say something more about yourself, I might be able to better help you.
