I ve started to have issues standing for more than a few minutes.my feet go a funny blue ish/red colour and boy do my low limbs hurt.is this common ? I have a stick but too embarrassed to use it

Do not be embarrassed to use walking sticks. My advice, however, is not to use a walking stick since this can result in your spine not being "upright". I have sent you a private message about using medical "poles" ie not the kind of poles used by walkers and hikers.

Do you suffer from Raynaud's? Do you have vascular involvement? Do you suffer from circulatory problems?

Perhaps you can take photographs and discuss this with your rheumatologist to find out why your feet change colour and what is causing the pain. Don't suffer in silence! Go to your doctor!

I have Raynards but a worsening issue is burns,swollen very discoloured feet.they almost change to blue when standing and walking is sp pain ful
