Saddle sore anyone?

Does anyone have the feeling like you have been on a horse all day? Like saddle sore, painful dry bits and sore sitting bones. I need one of those donut cushions!!

This sounds very uncomfortable. If you have dry skin, there are things you can do like stop using soap and use emulsifying cream which can be purchased at a pharmacy. If necessary, your doctor can prescribe creams if your skin is cracked or signs of something more.

If you think you have inflammation in that area, perhaps having a talk with your doctor might help. Does heat help?

I am sorry I do not have anything practical to help you but if you need cushions, then use them!

The sore muscle and bone pain you get but I get it in my arms and legs all the time. That down to the Bone aching pain really gets to me sometimes but have had it since 2007 so kind of use to it. Better sometimes than others.

Was only saying to my OH last night, I need an inflatable ring to sit on...feel so saddle sore....I don't even own a horse! Thought it was just me.
