Awareness month coming up, would you like to feature?

November is lung cancer awareness month. This a time when the charity tries to raise the profile of lung cancer. If you would be willing to take part please do get in touch. There are a number of ways you can get involved:

- share your story on our website

- feature as a media case study in our awareness campaign

- take part in a video for our awareness campaign

- get involved in local awareness raising events

- help raise the profile of awareness month sharing packs online or with local health contacts

- take part in event like Swim the Distance to raise funds for our research and support services.

Am not in the UK full-time but would like to get involved in spreading awareness about lung cancer, especially about having regular screening for RET positive (mine has been possibly developing 'over years'), as well as for other early-detectable lung cancers. NHS sends out screening for various cancers but I have not seen any for lung cancer.
