I’m off my treatment for four weeks due kidney function on steroids reducing them every three days been taking slight dizzy turns is this normal with steroids x

Hope you're keeping strong.

Just seen your post. I'm on 6 dexamethone daily. Yes I get dizzy spells, confusion, eat more, can't get to sleep if you have them later in the day, and rapid heart rate.

Thanks loimie the dizzy spells are really frighten me started on ten steriods a day cut down to 6 then in 3 days 5 every 3 days cut down till one a day it bumpy ride for all of us I hope loimie you get some kind treatment that help and you stay stable please keep in touch let me know how you are send u hugs ❤️

Yes I cut down like that previously but chemo on Thursday so have to increase dosage. Yes, bumpy ride just hope it's worth it in the end and our treatment works.

Hi loimie phone my cancer nurse it is side effects of steriods as I cut them down it should resolve thankyou for your help as you know I get very scared ❤️

Hope it settles, awful when you have to put up with side effects isn't it.

Sorry late reply, in hospital yesterday, stomach and diarrhoea problems for over a week, apparently side effects of chemo.
