Can not believe what a perfect sunny day we have had. After so many tearful panic fuelled days... And sleepless nights.... We have come away to our sited tourer caravan on West Coast Wales..... Away from everything........the treatment (triple therapy) kmocks the socks off my husband for 7 days........we are making the most of the good days

It's so important to find days or even hours when every thought is not dominated by thinking about a condition or its treatment as it doesn't change the outcome... just can make it feel even worse. Grab such moments and opportunities whilst you can , distract yourselves and live to the best you can .... enjoy your experience and the good weather... thinking of you...
