Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is a member of an international organisation called the Global Lung Cancer Coalition (GLCC) which aims to be the ‘voice’ of lung cancer patients worldwide.
Now, the GLCC is looking for participants willing to complete a short online survey about their experiences of treatment and care for their lung cancer. By running this survey the GLCC hopes to develop an understanding of the similarities and differences between patients’ experiences around the world.
COVID-19 has impacted healthcare systems around the world, and so the GLCC is keen to understand how the pandemic has impacted the care you receive for your lung cancer. The survey has questions about your experiences in contacting your treatment team over the last year and whether the pandemic has impacted your physical and mental health. In addition, there are more general questions around your diagnosis, how it has affected you emotionally, and how you’d like to receive information on lung cancer.
The survey should take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete and your answers will be anonymous. We very much appreciate your time and your insights, which will help us in our campaigning efforts to improve lung cancer treatment and care for patients globally.
