A research team at Tulane University is conducting an online survey of individuals with cancer histories. We are particularly interested in individuals with a history of lung cancer.

This is the link to the survey tulanestudy.com. The survey takes about 10 minutes and asks about people's beliefs about their health and healthcare, emotions and behaviors, and health history. We hope that the study will build knowledge that can help individuals with cancer to be more satisfied with their care.

We would be happy to answer any questions you may have (Principal Investigator: Laura Perry, BS, lperry5@tulane.edu, (504) 865-5331; Faculty Mentor: Michael Hoerger, PhD, MSCR, mhoerger@tulane.edu, (504) 314-7545). The research study has been verified for ethical approval from the Tulane University Institutional Review Board (IRB).
