Does anyone have a RET mutation? My husband tested positive for that mutation.

Hi JanRucci

The RET gene alteration is a mutation that is not as common as the most known mutations of Non-Small Cell Lung Ca, EGFR, ALF and KRAS.

There may be members of the community that can share their experience of having a RET mutation.

Thank you. Turns out the lab results showed RET but biopsy was negative. The lab test is brand new lab so biopsy is gold standard.

Hi JanRucci,

Did your consultant mention testing for other mutations? If not it would be worth asking.

Kind regards
