Hi I have finished treatment , not had my latest scan yet. Got to wait a few more weeks. I have had the all clear from my oncologist to return back to the gym. My oncologist thinks exercise is good for your physical and mental health. I have enjoyed being back , I take it easy at the moment due to needing to built myself up again.

Just judge your own fitness level and how you feel on the day.

Hi I finished my treatment last year, had lower and mid right lobes removed. I try to walk at least 4 miles every day. Get a bit out of breath going up hill but otherwise feel fine. Just start slowly and build up. Good luck
