Hello everyone. I hope you are managing okay this summer.

With so many parts of the US and Canada experiencing extreme weather conditions and, in some cases, flooding and power outages, how are you handling it? Does it affect your treatment? Ability to do normal self care?

Do you have a tip you'd be willing to share to help others through it?

Mini heatwave here in UK after period of really cool, dull weather - keeping hydrated and cool (have a handheld fan and room fan if possible) can help - sleeping can be tough so have a cool shower before bed if possible, sleep only with a sheet or thin cover (or nothing) and carry water with you if setting off outdoors. many handheld fans use batteries so should operate even if a power outage.
